I proudly present my EFT Training for people like you! Hello Reader, I hope you are well 😊 As a seasoned trainer and a passionate EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner, it feels the perfect time for me to bring the two together. I first discovered EFT back in 2018 and I have to say it really helped me to understand how emotions from past experiences had been affecting my life, my well-being and my business. EFT is such a wonderful tool that I feel everybody needs to be taught. Once we know how to use it correctly, we can greatly improve the way we think, the way we feel and the way we live our lives. I am a walking testimony to that, as are all of my beautiful clients who have entrusted me with their emotional wellbeing.
